Pistachio kebab (fıstıklı kebap) is a Gaziantep kebab in which coarsely ground Antep pistachios are mixed into the minced meat, which is then cooked on a skewer over the embers. At Lezzet-i Şark Gusto, beneath Fatih Terim Stadium in Başakşehir, it comes from the grill with roasted pepper and tomato.

Pistachio kebab brings two of Antep's famous ingredients, meat and pistachios, together on one skewer. The pistachios in the mince add a light crunch and a distinct aroma.
